As one of the Middle East’s foremost authorities in bankruptcy and financial restructuring, Dr. Hajeir specializes in accountancy, taxation, financial services, and insolvency. His unparalleled precision and strategic insights have earned him a reputation as a leading expert in resolving complex financial challenges.
Dr. Mohammad Nsour
Mohammad F. A. Nsour is a distinguished legal consultant, arbitrator, and academic with over two decades of expertise in international law, arbitration, and policy advising. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Jordan Faculty of Law, an LL.M. from Fordham University School of Law in New York—where he was a contributing member of the esteemed Fordham International Law Journal—and a Ph.D. from McGill University Faculty of Law in Canada, completed under the mentorship of the renowned Professor Armand de Mestral.
Mohammad’s legal career began with an internship at the prestigious Alston & Bird law firm in New York, after which he pursued his doctoral studies in Canada. Since earning his Ph.D. in 2009, he has become a leading figure in legal practice and arbitration in the Middle East, offering expert counsel in Jordan, the UAE, and other jurisdictions. He has represented major international corporations and advised governments on complex legal and policy matters. His extensive portfolio includes collaboration with international organizations such as the United Nations, European Union, International Trade Centre (ITC), and World Health Organization (WHO), showcasing his expertise in legislative development and cross-border legal frameworks.
As a seasoned arbitrator and counsel, Mohammad has built a stellar reputation representing multinational and regional companies in high-stakes disputes. He has successfully handled proceedings before premier arbitration institutions, including the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the Abu Dhabi Arbitration Centre. His dual role as arbitrator and counsel underscores his profound understanding of arbitration processes and his ability to deliver strategic, results-driven solutions. Mohammad’s proficiency in navigating intricate commercial disputes and cross-border legal challenges makes him a trusted authority in the field.
Currently, Mohammad serves as legal counsel and arbitrator for prominent cases involving major construction companies in Jordan and the UAE. His approach blends tailored legal strategies with a dedication to fostering international legal cooperation and education. With his extensive experience and unwavering commitment to excellence.
